I had a client from Hong Kong who left his wife and kid back home to come to Canada and get set up prior to them coming here. This client needed to secure a home before they could come. For the next couple weeks, everyday I woke up thinking about this guy needing a home so his family could join him. It was the most rewarding feeling when we secured a win, enabling him to book a date to be reunited with his wife and son.
I hosted an open house for an agent in our office a few weeks back. Someone came through without an agent that absolutely loved the home. Since I wasn’t the agent selling the house, I told the lady that if she liked it I could help her to write an offer. She came back at 4:00 when the open house ended, and we typed up an offer right at the kitchen table, securing the win that same evening. It was fantastic, the energy and excitement from the moment she walked in the door to the moment I told her she got the place was just incredible!
