Feeling the pressure

Feeling pressured with all the things you feel need to be done prior to listing such as repairs, cleaning, decluttering etc. I’m here to help with the process from start to finish. I can provide guidance on how to re-arrange furniture, and suggest having some items boxed and tucked away for decluttering. I have a list of companies I use for any and all upkeep, repair, and maintenance such as plumbers, electricians, painters and handymen. If any are needed I will coordinate access and scheduling.


If my sellers have already purchased a home, and have a completion and possession date they NEED to sell by, this can create stress and pressure. If I’m assisting my clients to buy as well as sell, I will structure the deals to ensure they are aligned or implement conditions and clauses to protect my client in any case scenario. For example, I can align the deal so that you have time to move your belongings from your old house to your new one before the new owners take over your old home.

Not Talking to your agent when feeling overwhelmed

It’s very common for sellers to get an overwhelming feeling during the listing and selling process. My phone is always on for my clients, and I’m always available for a clear, transparent conversation to help talk them through whatever feelings of anxiousness they are feeling. If there is an issue, we solve it, plain and simple.
